Your story--share your singularity :"The concept of Thirsty House Kombucha was born at the beginning of 2014. Shirley, one of the co-founders, was recovering from an illness that had resulted in a course of very strong antibiotics. In order to redress the flora in her system, she researched natural and effective ways to achieve this. Kombucha came highly recommended as it is packed with healthy probiotics, enzymes and amino acids. The journey began... Almost 12 months later and with an ever expanding knowledge base, the two co-founders, Elizabeth and Shirley, have been testing small batches of kombucha to establish the best brewing methods and a variety of most delicious flavours. Continiously refining their products is always in the forefront of their minds when brewing. They both love that kombucha is a raw, live product filled with goodness. Moreover, what fascinates them most, is how brewing kombucha is influenced by its environment. When drinking a Thirsty House Kombucha, you will taste their passion and attention to detail, in each and every bottle. In 2015 Thirsty House Kombucha moved on from being a home based cottage industry, to having a dedicated kombucha brewery where we produce our delicious brews. The Thirsty House Kombucha brewery is based in Streatham, South West London. Although there are many reports on the health benefits of kombucha, what Elizabeth and Shirley are excited about, is that it is also a delicious, uniquely refreshing drink that is low in sugar. Kombucha is a fantastic alternative to fizzy, high sugar drinks that are so freely available on the market."
